Create a new workflow by clicking on the CREATE WORKFLOW button.

Option 1 : Selecting an existing user segment

Option 2 : Creating an inline user segment

WHY : Conversion Goals

Option 1 : Add the conversion goals

Option 2 : Proceed without conversion goals

Exit Condition

Captures the exit condition for the workflow

WHERE : Select the channel by which audience is targetted

1. Click on the + button to add the workflow steps

2. Select the required workflow action/step
